Eco-friendly Functional Raw Material

RAW MATERIALS

We produce and develop eco-friendly functionality
material and raw material. By using plant body byproduct
biomass such as cornhusk and corn stalks,
we have independently developed eco-friendly
raw material and are now producing eco-friendly
functionality raw material with functions such
as dehumidification, antibacterial and CO2 adsorption.

RAW MATERIAL –BIO PELLET

Wide process range from injection molding, extrusion molding to vacuum molding
  • - It biodegrades into water and carbon dioxide in nature since it is mainly made with plant body biomass, oxo-biodegradable substances, food additives and minerals.
  • - It has excellent compactibility and productivity and it is highly unlikely to be injured during production work since it has no sharp edges.
  • - With high heat resistance, it can be used with hot boiling soup – Unlike PLA, its form does not change due to heat.
  • - Has heat resistance up to 120℃, when exporting to overseas, no heat strain takes place while passing the equator.
